ead Attorney

Rob Jones was born, raised and educated in Fort Worth. After graduating from TCU with honors (BA 1981), he attended law school at Washington & Lee University, Lexington, Virginia (JD 1984). He has practiced civil litigation and trial law in Texas (Board Certified – Civil Trial Law, 1992 – 1997) and Colorado (admitted 1995).  He worked in Midland and Fort Worth representing doctors, hospitals, insurance companies and corporations for 12 years.  Rob moved to Colorado and worked briefly for a large firm doing the same sort of thing. Then, in 1997, he opened his own practice with offices in Colorado Springs and Fort Worth.  Rob now lives and works in Dallas. He focuses on representing individuals and small businesses in serious cases of all sorts.  He handles litigation, arbitration, mediation, hearings and trials in state, federal and immigration courts.  He has substantial experience in medical malpractice, representing both health care providers and patients.

Rob also handles immigration cases from start to finish, helping people come to the United States to work, invest, visit, study or reunite with their families. His immigration work focuses on clients facing deportation and involved in removal proceedings. He represents immigrants before the Executive Office for Immigration Review, the Board of Immigration Appeals, USCIS, ICE and the federal courts. Because of his background and experience as a trial attorney, Rob’s focus is litigation related to immigration issues.

He is a proud AILA member.
